Delivery is FREE for only Vaal customers on arrangement
Deliveries around Gauteng: Provision will be R120
Other provinces will be R200 – R 400 depending on the distance and risk area
WATER RESISTANCE CLAUSE
Waterproof sealing is NOT guaranteed for refurbished devices as they were opened during refurbishment process
The refurbishing process involves running tests and device diagnoses that require opening devices.
We do not guarantee that our REFURBISHED iPHONES are 100% resealed to meet waterproof certification.
We therefore DO NOT encourage customers to immense their phones in the water as this is NOT covered by warranty
WARRANTY
Our refurbished iPhones have 1 (one) year warranty for factory faults only
Battery warranty is 6 months only
- Warranty DOES NOT cover software related issues
- If you drop your phone your warranty will be VOID
RETURN POLICY
- Returned iPhones are subject to inspection and a full evaluation prior to or before any repair or exchange.
- If an iPhone product is found to be tampered with, the warranty will be void (meaning you will forfeit your warranty)
- Liquid damage, cracked screens, or visible signs of unit being dropped or damaged are NOT covered by the warranty.
- REPAIRS may take 21 – 30 Working Days
CONDITIONAL REFUNDS
REFUNDS may take 10 – 14 Working Days to process
VTC will charge you a handling fee of up to 20% (twenty percent) of the total purchase price of any Returned Product
