After Sales Support
At VTC we assist all our customers to set up their new devices. All our products carry a 7 day guarantee and a full 1 year warranty. Dead-on-arrival devices are replaced instantly. Traditionally, most stores takes 6 to 7 weeks to complete repairs, but our repaired products are returned to our customers in less than two weeks, while many small device repairs take just a few minutes in our store. In addition, we also have an online support service for customers who cannot walk in. We also go the extra mile and deliver and collect devices from customer residences, particularly for students.
Another key advantage for customers is that our stores are perfectly located close to the main gates at all universities where we do business, so it is easy for customers to just walk in if they experience any issues with their devices. Being located next to the campus ensures a convenient drop-off point for devices, so customers do not have to travel long distances in order to have their devices repaired if a problem occurs.
