  • What am I covered for?
    • You are covered against accidental damages of your laptop

 When will the cover start?

    • As soon as you make your first payment of R300 followed by R99 monthly debit order instalments.

How much should I insure my laptop for?

    • It is important that you cover your laptop for what it would cost you to replace it with the same item.

Do I need to send through invoices or valuation certificates?

    • As long as you bought a laptop at VTC you could take a cover, if you bought your laptop elsewhere you need to bring original receipt or invoice as a proof of ownership.

How do I claim from VTC?

    • Contact us on WhatsApp or e-mail, alternatively you can just visit one of our branches.
    • Our cashiers will guide you through the simple process.
    • You will be liable for R500 excess fee in respect claims above R1000

Documents required to claim

    • Certified copy of ID
    • Proof of repair cover
    • Proof of instalments payments (R99pm)
    • Affidavit from police station and a case number

  1. Pay a total of three instalments in advance before 15th and send us proof of payment
  2. Collect Sim card from one of our branches on 20th
  3. Data is loaded on 22nd of each month
  4. To keep your contract ongoing, you must always pay three installments in advance (Once off)
  • Data Packages?
    • Once off Activation Fee R50 (From 1st January 2024)
    • 10GB day 10GB Night express @ R65pm - 3/6/12 Months
    • 10GB day 20GB Night express @ R99pm - 3/6/12 Months
    • 20GB day 20GB Night express @ R99pm - (Bulk orders from 200 only)
    • VTC has the right to change prices when necessary
  • When do i get data?
    • Data is loaded monthly on the 22nd

 When will i start getting data?

    • As soon as your SIM card is activated

What happens when i don't pay my installments

  • MTN will deactivate your SIM card

Documents required to register 

    • Proof of Registration
    • Certified copy of ID
    • Proof of banking details (Companies only)

How do i apply for a contract 

    • Visit our nearest store
    • Make full payment
    • Submit required documentation
