• What am I covered for?
  • You are covered against theft, loss or accidental damage of your laptop (up to the value of your device). As long as the loss was not a result of negligence on your part or normal wear and tear.

 When will the cover start?

• • As soon as you make your first payment of R120 followed by R69 monthly debit order installments.

How much should I insure my laptop for?

• • It is important that you insure your laptop for what it would cost you to replace it with the same item.

Do I need to send through invoices or valuation certificates?

• • As long as you bought a laptop at VTC you could take a cover, if you bought your laptop elsewhere you need to bring original receipt or invoice as a proof of ownership.

How do I claim from VTC?

• • Contact us on WhatsApp or e-mail, alternatively you can just visit one of our branches.
  • Our cashiers will guide you through the simple process.
  • You will be liable for R1000 access in respect of each claim

Documents required to claim

• • Certified copy of ID
  • Affidavit from police station and a case number
